Jessy is a Down's Syndrome child. She and her younger sister, Anna, are good friends, and when Anna brings Becky home for tea, Jessy is jealous. When Becky proves to be a tease and is unkind about Jessy's manners and Jessy's face, Anna tries to stand up for her. It all ends in tears when Jessy has a temper fit and wrecks Becky's school bag. A little boy who has just moved in next door proves to be the perfect friend for Jessy, and they all learn to share their friends and enjoy each other's company.
