Things that can cause and ways of controlling it are also covered, and we learn about an asthma nurse and how she can help. Individual children are quoted, and we see lots of positive examples of people coping very well. The coloured photographs, occasional graphics and boxed texts which give various facts, tips, etc. are useful, and there is a glossary, an index, and a short list of useful organisations. A very impressive information book.
