Tim is terrible at games. His dad thinks he is a bit of a wimp; after all, he was captain of football and cricket as a boy. He insists Tim must go on an adventure holiday. The whole idea fills Tim with terror, particularly when he arrives at the centre to find himself teamed-up with Giles - games expert first class. Fat boy, Biscuits, is friendly, and together they make a hash of abseiling and canoeing. However, Tim is good at mental gymnastics, and it is he who comes through with the idea that wins the crazy bucket race. Tim finishes his week at the centre having made good friends.
