A series of letters, diaries, emails and texts from young people with various emotional problems, along with replies, facts, tips for helping, and points for discussion. Each problem covers only two pages, which could be limiting, but gives an excellent point of departure. The problems covered are: shyness, lack of self-esteem, a girl unable to get over breaking up with a boyfriend, a girl worried about her sister's self-harm, stress over exams, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, mood swings, fear of death, blushing and being embarrassed, and panic attacks.
