Demetrius and Paula Ogglebutt are so fed up with their parents' constant fighting that they arrange to have the Vicar un- marry them. He thinks it is a great idea, so the children organise a huge un-wedding party and send their parents off on separate un-honeymoons. Then they proceed to bulldoze the family pile and build two new houses with a tunnel between so the children can go back and forth. There is a suggestion that the children believe their parents' troubles may be due to themselves, and they are 'sad and confused', but the solution is so anarchic that one knows the confusion can not have lasted. Certainly a unique answer, but only for children with a certain amount of self-possession in their own divorce situation.
