These two Daddies, one black and one white, are super at reading stories to their little girl, and these stories start them on lots of adventures together. Sometimes they are battling dragons, or hunting dinosaurs when they feel brave, but they also become astronauts and fly to the moon, or sail to 'secret islands'. But the favourite story of all is the one that has brought her to be their daughter. We see them sharing her 'adoption story', with lots of happy pictures. She knows they will always be there for her, and that even when she is sad or scared, they will 'chase her fears away.' A lovely little board book with rhymes and charming pictures of their adventures, this is a real winner for kids with two adopted LGBT parents: 'Some children have two mummies, and some, a mum and dad. But I have super daddies who chose me...I'm SO glad.' Lovely!
