Much of this book has to do with international gangs who commit crimes - the Mafia, the Ku Klux Klan, the Triads, etc - but there is lots, too, about smaller street gangs, both those into petty crime and those who specialise in bullying. A long section on gangs and bullying discusses such questions as school gangs and why they bully, who gets bullied, dealing with it, and why it is wrong to stand by and watch.
