What a super wheeze! The little girl refuses to eat any vegetables, so bits keep falling off her - first an arm, then her head, and if she sneezes, her nose shoots off. Even her bottom ends up on the ground! 'But I was quite silly, I made a mistake. I wouldn't eat good things, I only ate cake!' Her granny (a fit 104) knows what to do, and once the little girl has all sorts of vegetables inside her, she has the 'glue' to keep all her bits in tact. The wonderfully anarchic pictures are full of humour and detail, and kids will love them. I suppose they might find the idea of bits of their body coming off slightly alarming, but the whole is so much fun and is such a light-hearted way of explaining why vegetables are important that the message comes through. A really imaginative approach.
