A nicely reassuring but honest book about asthma - what it feels like, the possible causes, a simple explanation of the equipment one might need, the importance of recognising triggers, that it can be 'a pain' but that lots of famous people have had it and cope perfectly well. The text and pictures are both highly comforting and fit together particularly well. Two pages of information for parents and carers on how to deal with children with asthma, as well as some further resources for adults and a reading list for children complete an excellent resource.
