Doctor Hopper, a blue rabbit, and Nurse Rex Barker, a toy dog, work in a toy hospital. Their patients come along with all sorts of problems - a teddy with an eye that needs sewing on, a woolly sheep that is unravelling, a horse who has lost a wheel, a dog whose nose needs re-gluing, and, finally, a cat who has bald patches because she has been loved so much. Nothing can be done for her, but that's all right because she is one of the lucky toys who has been cuddled. Simple pictures in primary colours will delight toddlers. Good for surgery waiting rooms.
