Paul is a real 'titch'. His school friends, especially Sam, tease him about his size, and when he brings Hammy, his pet hamster to school for pet week, he is teased again because his pet is as small as he is. But Paul loves his hamster and is convinced he is the best pet of all. The others come to think so too, and when Hammy stars in a real-life drama at home, Paul realises that it is good to be small.
