When Mum and Mom decide to get married, everyone is very pleased, and Rosie wants to be a bridesmaid. Mom says no - it's only to be a small wedding - but Rosie thinks perhaps they will let her be a flower girl. What will little brother Jack do though? At a family meal with grandparents, Rosie manages to convince Mum and Mom that the two children should carry the rings and 'scatter a few petals too', and the excitement builds. The ceremony is to take place at their cottage by a lake, and soon all the family assembles. Uncle Peter, who owns a flower shop, brings the flowers, and after some kerfuffle with the rings, the ceremony takes place, and everyone enjoys a wonderful lunch made by the grandparents.
