When Tom's new sister arrives at his house, teddy bears start coming too: Alice bear, Ozzie Bear, Sam Bear, Tom's own Huggy Bear which he gives to the baby, and Dad's old bear, Bodger, brought by gran. There are so many bears that Tom is worried there will be no room for him. Mum solves the problem by saying they will take turns looking after the bears and the baby. Realistic pastel illustrations.
