There is a surprise for Arthur - a new baby - and another sister at that. Arthur is appalled, and he isn't helped by the fact that all his friends tell him how awful babies are. His younger sister DW is terribly pleased, however, and when new baby Kate arrives home, she officiously takes on all the chores (and the fun).
