Tim has had a fall and goes to hospital for observation. He looks a bit perturbed over his x-ray, but mummy stays with him, and after a nap, he is up and playing with the other children. When Topsy comes to visit, she thinks it all looks such fun that she develops a mysterious pain. A doctor's kit present from dad helps Topsy feel less left out, and when Tim arrives home the next day, they play hospital with all the toys.
